Title: Help about FH+

I need help on how to get the black background to go away on FH +. I have tried EVERYTHING!!!! I deleated my character and made  new, I delated the old Feral Heart, I went to Bonfire on the old FH and logged in on the new. WHAT DO I DO NOW?!?
