How exactly has it "stopped working"? Has it been crashing or freezing? Won't let you into the game without a patch? Bad Tokens? I can't help until I know exactly what the problem is...

when i open FH this well and select a character and design badtoken me and i do it again and i've stop working design FeralHeart.exe

From what I can make out from what you've said the FeralHeart.exe problem is usually caused by some damaged or missing file. Maybe try checking your particles for doubles? Any files in your particles ending in _0, _1, _2 etc delete them. Also try running the program as an admin if you haven't already, and if that doesn't work consider changing the rendering subsystem by clicking options in the game and then video settings and switch it to either OpenGL or Direct3D9. Last but not least if all else fails uninstall/delete Feral Heart and reinstall again. Hope this helps you Enidmarie.
On the other hand if you're only getting bad tokens it could be there is a problem loading the map you're trying to get into. If you only get them when you're trying to enter Fuorite its most likely because the map is crowded and there are too many people on for you to fit inside. Either just wait for the map to clear up and check the population numbers here on the forum by holding your arrow over the right side of the forum or just play on different maps for now until thing clear out :).

Alot of the time, when maps have tons of people where it overloads with people, you can have trouble with getting in. If thats not the case, any files that are in your particles ending in _0, _1, _2 ect. Delete them and it should work. (Basically what Lord said.)
