Title: I've downloaded FH, but when I try to login on it, it says that its not correct.

Alright, so I'm new to this game.
And I downloaded the start up game, and the download was successful, but when I get onto the program and enter my username and password it says they may be correct.
I've checked over and over to make sure they are correct, and they are.
But I still get the same thing.

I don't know if I missed a step or something but could someone please help?

I've looked through the list, and done everything.
I've even made a new account. Its still not working..
