Title: How to connect another map to another map?

I've just been wondering, how do you connect another map to another one? I am making a map that has a tunnel to it that will be connected to it. How do you put the map into the other one?

just type in the map name that you wanna connect to

hit 'add new' and then a portal should appear

place it wherever ya like
