Title: Map to cape? PLEEEZ HELP!

I know this has been done allot but every post about people with the same problem has not helped me :(
I have made a map on feral heart and I can't get it to go back to Cape Of distant Worlds. I can go into my map from Cape but when i go into my world when I go through the portal to cape it won't let me. When i go through the portal it always comes up with "Cannot find map file."

Someone please help me! I'm hoping to put the map up for download for people soon, all my pack members r so exited >.< I really need help fast.
