You should upload your screenshots on a website first and copy the URL, so people could see the screenies. ^^

^ Yep, otherwise that is just your document file.
Once you uploaded it, right click the picture and press properties, copy the URL and paste it in the text box.
Highlight it then press the little picture and there should be an img /img (in boxes) around it. c:

Upload your pictures at wwwBannedImageSite (http://wwwBannedImageSite)
Pressupload and click the file you want to upload, wait for it too upload then right click the picture, press copy Pictures URL, then paste it in the text box.
MAKE SURE once you have pasted it, highlight it then press the little picture on the options bar.
