Signatures!!!

Can someone give me a link to a step by step instruction of how to make a signature on here? Also, does it have to a have a link to the picture instead of coming straight from your computer? If, so how do I do that (please appreciate that I am new, do not have a deviantart account, and can't get one due to some issues with my computer). Also, I need to know how to post a picture on my posts for future reference. I asked this question in a last post, but I'm just recapping.

1. Go to this website http://tinypic.com/ (http://tinypic.com/) and browse for your picture.
2. Copy the code that looks something like this [IMG]http://[IMG] (Each code is different but it will have IMG on both ends of the code)
3. Go to Profile>>Forum Profile Information the paste that code into the signiture box. First all you will see is the code but it will show up if you check one of posts.
4. Then click "Change Profile" and your done.

Gifs work just fine, as long as it's the direct link to the image.

I think I got it....when I first uploaded the gif that's my profile pic now, it wouldn't move, now it's slightly flashing. Should it be slow at first?

Now it's only moving a bit again....what should I do? I've tried re-uploading it and uploaded to tinypic, but it still didn't move.

Jpegs and Pngs are just plain images. You need to make yourself a gif for it to move.

Oh, my signature is supposed to be a jpeg, my profile picture is the one supposed to be moving. It only moves in little flashes.
I should have been more clear, I'm really sorry :(.

Oh alright.

Well I'm not sure what it might be, but if you look up image information for your avatar it's unable to find the information about the file size, so something is probably up with it.

If I were you I'd try to remake it and possibly change your avatar back and fourth on this forum.

If that still doesn't work it might be a certain way you made that avatar.

Ok, I'll try that. Thanks so much!!!! But one problem: I didn't make the image, so I can't remake it.
