Title: Typing Username and Password right but can't login

I try tried changing my password but it does the same thing. My Username is ~~~DiaryOfJane~~~ but it still wont let me login after changing my password twice. Help please.

Using symbols in a username or password is never really suggested. But..

It could be the fact that you enter the password wrong, it's capital sensitive which means that if you write a big letter where it's meant to be a small one or other way around it will come out as non valid. Another thing is that if you have numbers in your password, you can NOT use the numpad, you must write with the numbers over the other letters in order for it to work.

If your problems still remains you should set a new password here on the site, and then try to log on the game a few minutes later.

If the problem remains, create a new account.
