I can see how you got these ideas, and they arent bad ideas, however, they wont stop/reduce the trolls. Why? True trolls dont join to enjoy the game so much as harrass other users which means, its not going to stop/reduce the amount of times they bother others or misbehave. I can see how the concept of, if you occupy someone, they have less time to do something else. Unfortunately, that works more often for animals like dogs (A common way to curb bad dog behavior is through distraction/toys that require them to work for a reward in order to keep them from causing damage by chewing items in someones house), and less often for people. You can't "distract" people with fun/places to explore if thats not what they came here for, which trolls usually arent here for. If their sole purpose of being on the game is to harras others, (Which it usually is) sadly it simply will not work. Good ideas but... again, they wont have your desired effect.
(Though Im always for having new public maps in the game :) )

I really like the idea of more places to go, to, and I think that more portals on bonfire island might also be a good idea. Why? I know I personally wantered around for like 10 minutes, wondering if that was the only place to be. I didn't know that the big black circle texture was actually a portal. Plus It miiiiight help disband the clusterf*ck of people ther. Or just make bonfire island larger...but still more portals there.
(Oh, and I haven't been on FH for a while, so I'm not sure where the portal to Sky Rim is placed. If it is on Bonfire Island...I do apologize)
