I'm having the same issue here. I'll open it up and then it crashes before doing anything else, but that. I've tried re-downloading it, although it doesn't seem to work. Obviously it isn't the game itself, just my 'certain' feral heart or the laptop that I use. Either way, does anyone know how to fix this?
I suggest you make your own thread if you want help.
And if you tried re-download - did you delete all old files as you uninstalled the game? If not then do that, and re-download once again and then after the download restart the computer before you launch the game - also make sure you have all the ActiveX files and such that are needed to play the game.

Then it can be a good idea to wait until the user posting the same question/problem gets an answer/solution before posting that you also need help~ ;3 Just so that it wont become "help me" spam replies in another users Help thread :3
