Title: Crashing!!!! (Seriously)

i was just lying next to my friend and it crashed with no error message and now FH keeps crashing on the loading part ON ALL OF MY CHARACTERS!!! WHY FH!? WHY!!? Help!!!! how to fix this!? i've even tried reinstalling windows on my computer! it still crashes!! it was working an hour ago why won't it work now??

it keeps crashing on me to -.- its happened ever since the new patch, thats what ive found :(
