help! feral heart wont let me login i right my user name and password and hit login... i just says "sorry there is no username and password created or user name and/or pass word is incorrect." why is it saying that? maybe its that im connected to the internet and shouldnt be, or something else. please help! please!

1:you MUST use the top numbers not the numpad
2:make sure cap locks is off
3:watch your fingers,you might have pressed 2 keys at once
