OK so a friend of mine just downloaded FH and FH+ yesterday and they can't play either of them they both say that they can't connect to front server! I did the best I could to help them but still no luck. Any ideas? They turned off their firewall and also already re-downloaded them but it hasn't worked.

Internet problem perhaps? Here are somthings that might help:
1. Make sure her/his internet is up and running.
2. Could be a particle error. FH>Media>particles and delete all particles that end with a _0 or a _1
3. Rendering system should be changed. Ask him/her if her Rendering system is Render System=OpenGL Rendering Subsystem FH>Ogre. and change it to Render System=Direct3D9 Rendering Subsystem

Open up the Ogre. File and where it says "Render System=OpenGL Rendering Subsystem" replace that with
Render System=Direct3D9 Rendering Subsystem

Same problem...
i thought i might give another chance for FH, redownloaded the whole thing, FH and FH+.
everything was fine... then i wanted to leave bonfire island.
lets say i officially lost 2 characters to it.
no matter how much time i wait, no matter what setting im changing, my characters are stuck somewhere.
i tried changing my rendering system, lowered all settings to really basic...
still cant connect.
i wonder if the servers will ever be good enough so at least i can play for only 1 hour.
by the way: my internet is good, pretty fast, can play any other game, everything is smooth. i did connect to the game first, but appeared on bonfire. the problem started when i wanted to leave it through a portal.
