Title: How can i make custom markings?

i tried custom markings but they just wont work

i put the codes in the markings notepad file and drawn markings and put them in the textures file

if you can answer these plz answer

-does it need to be grayscale?
-what file type?
-do i need to make a marking over another one or the preset base?

please answer i want to make a custom lemur marking but it just wont work   :(



EDIT: PFF i found out that i diddnt have to draw the markings in WHITE i had to make them TRANSPARENT XD
