My friend made an account, and she cant log in on FH, but she can on the forum.
Please help!!

Have her change the password on her profile, and then try again.

Thats probably because she was using the numpad. In-game with numbers you can't do that. c:

You could also ask her to try re-downloading the game, in case something didn't upload right. Did she download the patch? If she didn't download it, that could also be why.
