Title: FH map crashed lost all my chars!!! DX

well i was on my friends map and it crashed now we lost all our chars.. any help on getting them back? we are very greatful if you can help us :)

Me and my friend tried to re-install but it dint worked! I've lsot my chars 4ever!
FH isn't fair now...i dont wanna wait months or doign somethign that will turn the other ppl against me!
