Title: how do u play on the maps u make?

i made a map want to play it idk how to can any one help?

You can play on your map by just clicking the test button within the map maker.

However though, if you mean play as in running around with your own character from the game you must go into the world tab in the map maker, and then find the checker box that says "Has portal". Check that so it's marked and then add the values you want the portal to be on the map.(Coordinates for these can be found in the right corner, left to right in the corner represents top to bottom in the fields that you write in).

Once that's done, save the map and then run to cape of distant worlds inside the game. You will see a portal to your map there.
