Title: Just A-Wonderin'
Post by: xXKitsuneNinjaXx on February 18, 2012, 09:22:12 pm
Meh Gusta. -troll face- OK, srsly, I'm not a troll, I'm a fox, but whatever. I was just a-wonderin' how long it takes for someone to become a Jr. Member, and Elder Member, Senior Member and so on, because I have no idea, and it seems like no one asks this question for some reason.

It's not time related, it has to do with teh number of posts. I can't remember how many though, I think it might be 50 posts or 500 for you to leave newb status though...

Idk, my friend has an account, and he had only been on forums for about seven or eight hours and was already a Jr. Member...i can't remember how many posts he had though. I think it was around sixty or something. I'm OK with being a newb, though. I can impress people meh mad skills from looking over the forums with my friend wishing I had an account. (jk i haz no mad skillz on FH)

Look at this link

It tells you the number of posts for each rank.

Just an overall reminder though.

Even though it's the post count that sets your actual "Rank" you have on your profile, it's far from the only thing people will take notice of. In the length it's more about the actual content of your posts and how you tackle subjects and the users in the boards.

The regulars on the forum will get to know you just by your activity and overall opinions, not by your rank. I personally see these ranks as a self achievement once you reach them, and maybe that little extra that gives you a boost.

Getting away from the newbie rank is something most would appreciate though so it's understandable wanting to find out more about how the posting works.
