My friend downloaded the game today and set up her account. She verified her account and everything, and can log into the website just fine. But when she tries to log into the game, it says that her username or password are incorrect. When I first joined, I'm fairly certain I had the same issue, but I can't remember what I did to fix it.
Anyone know what needs to be done?
Thanks!

are you sure your typing it in right that gets people sometimes when they thinks its right and its not :\

Positive. She's tried it a few times, and I tried it myself once to see if it was just her computer or just her. It's just not working.
-
Have her reset her password in her profile, that should fix the issue.

Have a look through this for some help:

She tried resetting her password, still no luck. And nothing on that thread seemed to be the issue.
I can log on to my account just fine, but I cannot log on to hers. So it's nothing wrong with the game set up itself. Its just her account.
Thanks for the help so far though guys!

Still isn't working... l:

Because it's not done correctly?
That thread should fix pretty much any of these issues if you read it through carefully and follow what it suggests.
If the game tells it's the wrong password, it is. Now keep in mind that it was mentioned in the thread that it's capital sensitive, and that you cannot use your numpad when you write numbers, just using the numbers over the letters.
FH just uses the English keyboard layout, so if you got anything else set to it, things like symbols or even letters work differently within the game than on the desktop.
What exactly is their username? Would help to know if the username could be a problem or not, and if it isn't it would work if you reset/changed your password, otherwise I sense you aren't doing it correctly.

I had to make a username that contained no capital letters until it final worked, so does her username have capital letters if so try ridding them and then logging on.

hmm.. You didn't read the posts did you?
Capital sensitive goes for the password only, not the username. And I do believe a bunch of other things were mentioned in the post as well, along with the thread linked, and other users posts.
