Title: Not letting me see other preset and not letting me click made movies

ok so for the presets my friend gives me a preset file that will let me see her preset and i put it under presets but when i restart fh and i look at her when shes wearing it it dosent show

and when people make movie clips and when i click the yellow tex it says... "Can not find movie" and it also happens when i make it and click it
