Title: Glowing Eyes on Presets?

I'd like some advice on how to get glowing eyes on presets, as i've never been able to figure it out XD
Any help would be appretiated c:

Hurrdurr, it's just like making other parts of your preset glow, Zae. c8

herp derp its that easy? XD silly me~

The thing im wondering is, wouldnt the eye color go over the eye texture?
