Title: How can i make a profile pic simple?

Hi am having trouble making a profile pic can someone help make it very simple for me to understand please and thank u :D

To get an avatar, you go to:

Profile >> Forum Profile settings >> Profile picture.
You can either upload a picture via an uploading site (wwwBannedImageSite (http://wwwBannedImageSite) or www.imageshack.com (http://www.imageshack.com)) and copying the picture URL into the open http space.
OR, you can upload one from your file, so you click 'Browse Folder' and find one that way.
