Every time I try to play FeralHeart+, everything is....screwed up. It's pixely and slow, and even the logo doesn't show up. Could someone please help?

Do you have a older computer? If do then try playing fh+ on a newer/younger computer.
Do you have a old video game graphics card or just a old graphic card? Then you will need to buy a new one.
If these didn't work then I will try to find the key to this problem.

I had is installed, but it would only let me play with one character. If I tried to use any of my other characters, everything would show up black. Since I could still see the chat box, I asked if anyone knew what to do about it. Someone suggested that I re-download the game, and when I did, this happened. It has happened before, but just recently it started to work, and now it doesn't anymore. And neither does regular FH!! I don't know what is happening, but I would like to actually play the game again. )':
