How to download you friends preset to your computer?

because i saw my friends really cool preset and i downloaded it from mediafire... now what do i do??

Put all the files into the "presets" folder,  Now you can see your friend's preset! 

The presets folder should be in the folder Feral Heart is located in.

No you dont, thats only if your making a preset and wanna test/see what it looks like. Its not needed for others presets.

If u put the files into your presets folder, then next time your friend logs on u will see their preset
