Title: Character Creation Bugs

So my problem is when i enter the character selection and all is normal but when i click to create a new char my mouse be invisible! and the eyes of my char begging to be black and when i create a lion my options to create chars be invisible too :/ HELP?

Change the rendering mode to Direct3D9 and restart the game.
