Title: Feral Heart won't log me in or let me play...

I have an account and I registered my e-mail, but no matter how hard I try, I can't log in to play the game. It's highly bothersome; I can only get to the character screen after several tries. Can anybody help me? I've been trying since I joined yesterday.

try installing the game again. If that does not word make a new account.
