Title: Signing up trouble

hey, my friend is trying to get on feralheart, but it keeps saying 'this email is no longer in use' although, his email works for everything else, could somebody tell me why?

(he asked me to ask for him)

Just tell him to create a different email, seeing as his other email might not be verified.
