Title: Preset viewing

Ok, so I made somebody a preset, gave all the files to them, all the stuff, I had them make their preset fhp thingy, upload it and give me the link.

I downloaded the file to see their preset, but when they log into the game, I can't see their preset. I know how this thing all works but for some reason it isn't showing up now. My preset still works and so does everybody elses, but hers doesn't! What the heck?

The first thing you should ask her to do, is re-export it. That might help a lot.

Daggy make them double check which account they are logging on with. Ex with mine

If i log in as ouuka and export it and my Real Account name is Ouuka with a capital O, the preset wont work. Especially if they are logging on opposite of what they exported it as.

It wasn't working no matter how we did it, I ended up having to export it for her...
