Can anyone help me on how particles can be items just like the ones in Impressive World? :-\

ohhh....Let me remember hold on... I have a book in my house I made about Feralheart lmme look it up :D -will edit this post soon-

I know this isn't it but i thik i'm getting close
Click the "Effect Maker" button
Go to the "Particles" tab
Type in "WaterSplash"
Click "Add New"
Go to the "Billboards" tab
Click the "Object Maker" Button
Type the name of the object in the Top Box


MURP....You do mean you want them like "on" your character right? Just making sure soi dont look up the wrong thing.
