Title: Presets?

so i wanted to make a preset and im very confussed on what i use
???????????
also i want to know if its possable to make a preset on PAINT (that came with my laptop) and then where to save it and how to get it in game?

i wanted the simple colour me thing from DA but i cannot unzip it because i have nothing to use and what not so i was wondering if there was any other ways and what like.....ref to use 0.o

There should be plenty of youtube videos and tuts on other sites on this...
As far as I know, you should be okay with MSPaint; as long as you save your images in .png or .jpg files, it should work out okay.
