Title: Random Bans?

This is the 5th time I have gotten a random ban and it is really ruining the fun of FH for me. The random bans tend to happen when I am offline. After an hour or two the ban poofs but by then the person whom I have no other way of keeping in contact with has logged off. This random ban is for 4 Months 14 days 16 hours and 46 minutes. I have PM'd multiple mods asking about it and I have not got a reply. Any help would be appreciated because as I said it is ruining the fun and I do want to talk to my friend more often. Thanks.

The mods may not be able to get back to you because you do not have a unique forum name. Try going into your profile and changing your forum name to something more unique so that we can get a reply to you! You'll need to resend your PMs though and we'll see what we can do.

Sameth, didn't Red post something about this being a bug in the servers system? I think that is what she is talking about.

Oh aye indeed, however I figured they wanted to discuss this matter in private with the mods, which is why they have been trying to PM us.

I assume you are using a MAC maybe?

help me i logged off and on again to change my character and i have a 10 month ban please help i miss fh

I was banned for 12 months. Guess you can PM an admin to ask why you got banned.

alright, two things here. One, don't necro dead threads please, and three, don't piggy back threads that have been allowed to stay open to discuss being banned, it is against the rules even if you don't create the thread yourself.

Please take any issues you have with bans to a mod or admin.
