Title: 'Updating' and 'Creating' glitch?

Can someone help me, Whenever i try to update a charecter in the game it freezes at 'Updating', Its the same when i create a new one it freezes at 'Creating'

It may be possible that you have a week connection. If not, uninstall and re-install the game. It should work

The character creating thing loads with the server, i guess you could put it that way. If you fail to connect to the server at some point during creation your most likely gonna have that "freezing" problem your having. I dont think it will stop on its own, you can wait and find out if you want but who knows how long that will take.
I dont believe there is a way to fix this, but i tend to re-connect my internet. It sometimes works otherwise i have to keep pressing the Log In button on the start menu.

Yeah, I agree with Ingredient I usually wait it out or re-connect to my internet.

I haven't been able to create my character. i looked at the tutorial and i never see the screen that says create. someone please help?

Your computer may not be able to handle the graphics or it could be a weak internet connection. :3

If it's not that, double check your firewall. I had this problem as well, and I double checked my fireall to let FeralHeart through it, and then it worked again.
