Title: Howling after being blocked..

We seriously need to fix something. I blocked people for spamming the howl button but I can STILL hear them. I am not turning off my sound because I need it for other reasons, but why can I still hear them?! It's REALLY annoying me..

if you go into options and turn sounds effect al the way down that should solve it. and you still have your sound on.
