This is now the 5th day that I've attempted to log in as my wolf character but every time i get to the "loading" screen it wont let me in but keeps popping up as "Bad Token" or "Fail to Connect to Map Server" I've tried repeatedly and multiple times a day but it never lets me in. What should I do?

Hmm.Have you downloaded a map and then it gives you bad tokens? Or it might be that you have to much 'Junk' on your computer that causes it to slow down,and meaning it would give you bad tokens.

Or you should check if you deleted an important file if you were a map/preset maker, did you download anything?

I've been having this same exact problem. I just recently downloaded and installed the game (today), got my character made and ended up on a map but as soon as I traveled through a portal and it took me to the loading screen I've had both errors come up. I've tried signing out, restarting the game, etc. and still no results. I haven't touched any of the folders or files so I'm not entirely sure what the problem is.

no i haven't downloaded any new maps or presets nor made any, i checked through all my files and everything seems to be where it all belongs. >.< gahh im ready to throw my computer threw the window

yes i went on it but it didnt sugest anything, all it said was that it sometimes happens and its worse for some then others but to alert the staff if it goes on for weeks.

This seems to happen to me whenever I leave the plains and then go back my characters will get stuck in the portal. Serafina, were you by any chance headed through a portal when this happened? If so then I'm seeing a reoccurring theme here as I've noticed a few threads complaining about the same thing. Also, if you had, where were you going? (if you can remember.)

no thats the strange thing, i was in a cave in Florite Plains with my pack then i had to leave so i logged off and when i tried to get back on a few hours later.....well THIS happened, and i havnt been able to get on since
