Simba's reign has long passed and now Kovu and Kiara are running the pride lands. They have three cubs, loyal pride members and an easy going life. The Pride Lands are a peaceful place with the occasional rogue or rival pride trying to take over. Hyenas wander around from time to time, stealing prey and attacking lionesses. Things aren't exactly normal though. Simba had told Kovu all about The Keyblade Wielder and his random visits to the lands. The friends Sora talked about had kids of their own and visited as often. Things were never normal.
