hey could some Mod help me get my char Rachel unstuck? she's in Fh+ Ficho Caverns (My user names is FireMoonWolf if that helps)

Is she stuck on the Ficho Caverns ceiling? If so, just press B and click the ''Home'' tab, then ''Go home''.
You'll go back to Bonfire Island.

No I can't get on there it keeps saying Lost connection To Map Server

Did this happen recently? If so, then it should probably pass within the next few days.
Or has it been going on for a while? If so, I'm afraid you need to make a copy of that character.

I think it happened around Wednesday last week..maybe I do need to make a new copy. Well anyways thanks for taking time to help me today.

I would suggest making a copy, yes. However, if this is a character you use a lot, you may just went to let it go for a bit. As Ramine said, some of these problems actually go away in their own time.

I believe if you log into the regular FH you can go into that character and use the go home function to get them out of the blank map.

FH+ is having a lot of serious problems lately, I'd suggest sticking to the regular FH until the new FH+ version is released over the next couple of weeks.
