Title: Blue Portals won't appear

Ok my friend told me that she went in the Cape of Distant Worlds and she told me that she can see Blue Portals. I went with her and I couldn't see these Portals. Anyone know how to make them appear?

These are how you get to private maps that you may have downloaded. You have not, apparently, or have done so incorrectly. What she's seeing are portals into a map that someone else, or she, perhaps, has made.
