Title: Pleas help I'm new

I'm new to FH. I setup my profile and download the game when I finish download the game it will not log me in. I have check everything even my profile if I type my password wrong but, I'm able to get in. Am I doing something wrong to login the game?? Please help. ???

Hi, this has happened twice with two friends of mine.
We have concluded that your username/FH game name can be too long.

We simply deleted our accounts and recreated them.
You dont have to uninstall the game to do this.

We tried again with a shorter username and password and were able to get into it easily after that.

Also, make sure that you place caps where need be, if you ever added any, and do not have any spaces/ special characters in your password.
