so feralheart worked for two days then when I clicked on it something popped up and it said feralheart will not work or whatever and I reported it to microsoft and I unistalled and reinstalled three times and it still wont work please help

Does the options box appear? Or does nothing open at all?

The option box for feral heart opens, then the feral heart game, but then nothing else happens and the game goes black

Prehaps choose a different rendering mode, then, if the dialouge box appears but nothing else. You can do that on the options screen that appears.

Please don't post in others, thanks. Anyway, go to the golden box, log in, after that. It would say 'Character Reset' click it.. Reply back if it's noting working.

The character reset option is at the top right of the forum. If you are currently logged on to the forum right now posting this question you should be able to see the big gold box Thrillex is talking about up there. It should look like this.Character Reset

On the other hand if the character reset does not work please give us a few more details as to what exactly is happening to your game that's causing it not to work. We can give you better advice that way.
- Is your game crashing and if so are there any specific error messages? At what point does it crash (when you click the icon or as you're loading into a map?)
- When you uninstalled did you delete the main Feral Heart folder afterwards before reinstalling?
- Have you tried changing your video settings? If you can reach the game's main menu you can click "option" and the "video settings" and switch your rendering subsystem from OpenGL to Direct3D9.

ok so on the character reset do i click reset home?

Yes, on the character that your having problem with..But I suggested you reset all your characters.

ok i went to the game an clicked loged in an it wont let even pick my character, it keeps saying "Failed to connect to Front Server", what does that mean? :P

I think it means, it internet of your home..Maybe you should check your internet..Maybe that's the problem

i need serious help with my feral heart it wont work! it hasnt been working for months and i just left it alone for a bit
date: 3-4-13 i double clicked feral heart and the little square showed up where you click ok or cancel.
after that i click ok then it pops up and says feralheart etc. has stopped working. it also says a problem caused the program to stop working correctley. windows will close the program and notify if a solution is available. and there is no choice i have to click close program. and everything goes away. i tried re downloading it when i click download i click downloads game set up and i download the game. i am sooooo fed up with feral heart! I NEED HELP ASAP I CANT GO ON WITH THIS HAPPENING WHEN I TRY LOGGING ON FH please if you have any sugjections post something please i am desperate :'(

First off you should make your own post dear if you're having trouble.
You said you redownloaded the game but have you tried uninstalling the game completely and then deleting the Feral Heart folder before reinstalling? If not do so but be sure to back up any of your important files like your presets, maps, & screenshots.

^ Heed those words, floof. T'is not good postin' yer own problems in another's thread, more so necro-threadin' said thread.
Is yer username and/or password via in-game over 16 characters in length? If so, this might be the problem as to why ye' are unable to log in. There's a flaw with the server where if a user's password and/or username exceeds the 16-character limit, it will not recognize said user. Thus, the user will then need to obtain a new account if they wish to saunter around in the game.
This may be the misfortune ye' are facin'.
Feel free to PM me if the suggestion is not the case. I shall be lockin' this thread in the meantime to prevent any further necro-threadin' bein' performed.
