Title: Cape portals outside Cape boundaries?

On Cape of Distant Worlds some of my map portals are outside the map, so I can't get to them because there's the invisible boundaries. How do you fix this? I can't get to the maps I've downloaded because they're too far away.
EDIT: I've unchecked the 'add portal' button in Map Maker and it still won't let me get to the portals. I don't want to delete my maps and some of the individual maps are Map Packs now but all it does is make the portal disappear and the portals still inaccessable. Do I absolutely have to delete my maps?

You need to change the arrival yaw of the Portal.

You've too many maps then, you'll have to delete a few.
