I could find/make ground textures and re-texture meshes that come with FH if that's what you mean by "Textures" :P
And what does the File Editor do? Is it changing the material files or cfgs or...?
EDIT: Just went and actually read the other pages of this thread. The file editor sounds fun too. But I wouldn't be able to get into the source code/actual game coding if that's what you mean .-. But I know a lot of OGRE coding C: Material and particle scripts, cfgs, and such :D
EDIT AGAIN: I can convert meshes too, if that's any help o.o
