Is it possible to have image to appear, then flicker few times, and then disappear again for few mins, maybe 3 or 4, till it does it again?
If it is, then could someone tell code for it ;3.
If it's not possible to have it appear, flicker few times abd disappear for few mins and then appear again, is it possible to have it appear and stay there bout min or so and then disappear for few mins? If it is then what's the code for that?

For particles? There are ways to make them fade as they reach the ground, or others that make them seem to hover. What do you mean exactly?

I'm bad at explaining things but basicly i mean that the image would appear, and then stay in that place without moving to any direction but disappear and reappear few times in row fast, and then disappear for few mins till it starts the cycle again.
