Title: Wings?

It looks like FH+ has wings. In one of the updates, it says that the wing presets are in preset 11 and 12. But when I go to create a character, there are no presets. I went to the game folder, and there is nothing in the preset folder but Read Me and Simba_1.fhp. Is this supposed to be like this?

'Presets' is to see your friends in game, "My_Presets" will contain folders to make your own, 1 and 2 will get you started on the basic area's to color, and the 11 and 12 folders have the wings.

So should I re-download the game, or try to find the files myself?

If "My Presets" isn't in the game files then yeah you may have to. Though I just realized you mentioned FH+, I don't know if that branch has wings actually, normally you enter it through bonfire with a char with wings.

FH+ doesn't have wings. It probably just has the same messages as the original FH which does have wings.
