How do I change my username without creating a whole new account? I don't like my current name. It just isn't me, because I don't like Michael Jackson anymore. I would also like to keep my current password.
I am talking about the username that you use when you log in to Feral Heart.

If you do not have records of being a trouble maker on your account or having tons of accounts already the administrators here are usually able and willing to help out when it comes to setting a new username.
However, when an account name is changed the user gets a temporary password sent to them in the mail that's linked to their account in which they must make the initial log in with after the name change. After that you yourself are able to set up whatever password you may prefer though(in this case your old one).
In order to change username though you must provide us with a new username that is unique and no other user registered with already since no one is able to have the same.

No, I have never gotten in trouble on Feral Heart, nor do I have more than one account. I know what I would like my new name to be, I will just have to check to see if it is available.

Your username will be changed shortly and a mail will be sent to you with your new login information.
Feel free to post a reply here once you are signed in with your new username so we know you got through, if any problems occur feel free to mail me.

Your username should already be changed by now, check your email linked to your other account.

Yea, that was the email that I checked. It wasn't there, even in the junk folder.
And, what do you mean the email will be edited?

Just like I edited the post ontop so no one will be able to see your mail in the thread.
However though, the mail DO get sent to every user and you should've gotten it already. If not in your main inbox, and not in your junk folder. The mail might deleted it for some reason I do not know. But it does get sent I can tell you that much.
I'd suggest you to double check once more honestly.

Should've been resent now if anything, if not your mail must be deleting the mail from the site.
Feel free to try using this form if you do not receive any mail within a few hours

Write in your mj mail there and you will get a mail sent to you with a new temporary password, if you still do not get any mail you must check your mail preferences so it doesn't delete spam mail on auto.

Gah, oh no :(. It says that the username and password do not match or that I don't have an account. what do I do now?

For the username did you enter: horserider3573 ?
And the password in the email may be case sensitive. Try it again a couple more times.

Yea, I entered it the right way, but i'll do it a few more times.

IT could be that the server is busy, and in that case you must wait for the 2nd mail that I resent to you since that code/password would be the valid one.
Give it some time, wait for the other mail, if you do not get it within a few hours as mentioned feel free to follow the steps above, and it doesn't hurt trying a few times.

Aww, I still haven't gotten the second email, or the first, I don't know which is which. And the log in info that I did get still won't work. Any other things I should try?

Since you did infact get one of the mails, you should get the others.
Changed your username one more time just now, so feel free to wait for that mail and check your folders the upcoming hours.
