Title: It won't let me log into the game?

I made a new account, as I didn't like my old account.  I've played Feral Heart before, on my other account, and I also remember this happening with my other account.  It won't let me log into the game!  I am using the correct username and password, but I continuously get the '5 failed attempts of 15 min ban' warning.  I can get into the website with the same log in information.  I already looked at the thread with all of the suggestions in it, but none of them work, or I already made sure my password/username doesn't have them in it.  What am I supposed to do?

Mrr, go up to the gold box and make sure you're logged in. Click on user details and you can change your ingame password from there... to change forum password as well, you'll have to go to your profile>account settings. Lemme know if it works!

Hey just wanted to ask you if when you are typing in your username and password if you have numbers in any of them using the number pad will not work you need to use the numbers above your keyboard. That has happened to me before so I use the numbers above the keyboard now and I am able to get in. Hope that helps you.

The easiest thing you could do is make a new account make the username simple no caps or numbers that may be hard to forget same goes with the password, That's the easy way out. But other then that most things to help that have all ready been mentioned.

Thanks for all of the suggestions, but I did all of them when I first made the account, and yes, I did try and make a new one, but it still happens.  Oh  well.  I guess I'll continue to use my old account.

Ive made 3 accounts with 3 different email addresses.

I find it hard to believe that after trying everything that I still cannot log in, on any account.
