Can you give us a little bit more info on what the problem is that you are having.
Do you not know how to make one is it not working for you when you make it we need more info.

You have no my_preset file?
In that case, you should probably uninstall FeralHeart and delete the FeralHeart folder (make sure you do that). Then reinstall FeralHeart, and all the folders should be present.
I remember I used to not have an Exports folder, but once I un and reinstalled FeralHeart, deleting the FeralHeart folder beforehand, I then had one.

People, the problem is in the poll at the top. "What do I do if my FeralHeart folder has no my_preset file and I want to upload a preset?"
