Title: Can't Log In

I just downloaded the game and haven't even started playing yet.... and I can't log in. I tried like four times with my original password. I went in and changed it to something different and then tried again a couple times and I still can't log in.
What can I do?

Make sure you're not using the number pad. Try to negate all numbers if at all possible. Seems to be messy lately. The registration process, if that doesn't work, keep changing it. We've been having problems with new users for a few days for some reason.

I don't have a password with numbers though, so that can't possibly be the issue. Also, I tried creating another account(brightlypaintedblack), just to see if that would work, and the same thing happens with it. Neither work, and both have passwords with no numbers.
Is this possibly something that will pass? I know earlier, when I first found the game I couldn't register, but I waited a day and then it did. So should I just wait til tomorrow and if its still not working ask for more help?

This may have been a case of coincidence being mistaken for causality, but I first tried to join with a longer username (which both the ones you picked seem to be) and, after trying quite a few other things, shortened it. After that it worked fine.

I usaully have problems logging in..Sometimes,it could be because you made a typo while creating your password,or you may acdently have the capslock on.Try checking your email that you used to register in FH for the password.Its usaully in there.

It seems this account works, so your theory about the user name length proved to be true towards me. Thanks for the help
