This happens when I come to the forum.
Its a come and go thing, and it does this on both forums.
(Meaning, EN and DE forums.)

Have you tried it in another browser?

All i can suggest right now is clearing your cache.

They seems to be using IE based on their screenshots.

Lol sorry, I had two windows open and though you were a different user, XD.

I use both Chrome and Firefox.

Thanks for trying.
But Firefox is always slow for me.
And I tried Chrome, but that just crashed my computer.

Try to turn off compatibility mode from IE, I think it's the cause of the white lines in this case.

Yeah, the compatibility will cause the white, but when it is off long posts are really hard to type because the reply box will keep jumping as you type, but if you don't write long posts it doesn't even bother you.
