I know how to use .gifs and stuff X3 My avatar is usually a .gif. Anyways, I just wanted some links to good sites with .gifs (not GIFsoup please). Anything is appreciated, thank you :D

There's a free software called photoscape, should be easy to download and install. Creating gifs in there is a childs play.
