Title: How to make smoke come from your preset?

I saw you can make a preset that could make smoke come from the body and all that,is it true? (also is you can if you find a video please put the link ;) )

I don't think that is possible, unless you were somehow able to make the smoke as a item, which I don't think is possible...

i thinkg its some kind of scrolling texture.Does anyone know how to do that?
